A fully licensed real estate agent in her own right, Leonie entered the real estate industry in 1973 as secretary to prominent real estate agent Win Patten. As secretarial duties offered no real challenge, she decided to study and become a licensed real estate agent. She continued working for Win Patten until 1986 when she opened her own business “Butler & Associates”. As successful as Butler & Associates was, Leonie decided in 1992 with the birth of her daughter Alex, to merge her business with Dungey & Carter. This forming the foundations of a mutually beneficial association that continues to today. Just a note to say thank you for all your help and support during the sale of our property at 4 Carolin St, Quarry Hill and purchase of our new home at 162 Olinda St, Quarry Hill. We cannot speak highly enough of your professional and caring approach to us. You listened to us and very quickly ascertained our needs in both the sale and purchase of our properties.
