Our purchase through Justin was easy and relaxed. There was no dickhead real estate agent talk. He talks like a regular bloke and drives a regular car. No wanky Mercedes you know he probably can’t afford. He gave genuine advice and real answers to questions either immediately or within a couple of hours. This is our forever home and we aren’t moving again but I would not hesitate to sell through Justin if I was going to. He is realistic and honest with his pricing structure and expectations and just a nice guy to deal with.

Our property purchase journey spanned several months. We came across Kaye late in our search, but she was a standout from the start. Not pushy at all, knew her property details from the first open house, and came across as very genuine. When we expressed further interest, she was quick to respond to our questions and was an excellent conduit to the owners. All our requests were met and no pressure. When it came time to buy, she was diligent and direct, kept us informed through the process. After making an offer she made sure everything was on track, and the fact we were able to go from offer to unconditional in 3 business days was in a big part down to her hard work.
