17/09/2015 We have been real estate agents ourselves – which makes us incredibly fussy about the agent we would choose to represent our property. It takes a lot to impress us. We have dealt with Kaye most recently in selling an investment of ours, which sold at the first open home and at the top of price range. Kaye has also achieved fabulous results for other family members too. Kaye's attention to detail and follow ups are impeccable. What I really appreciate the most is that she does not talk rubbish, like so many sales people have a habit of doing. She really understands and demonstrates integrity. Although we are very experienced in real estate, like everyone, we tend to get stressed when putting our own property on the market. We need to know that everything is being attended to at the right time and in the right way. Kaye understands this implicitly, she kept us informed the whole time, and made all the right calls when needed. We felt safe and taken care of, we knew we could trust her advice, not only from her many years of experience, but who she is at her core. We were amazed at how an agent who has so many other homes she is marketing, always had the time to be there for us when we needed her. I can see why she is so successful. Now to buy the next one, who will we talk to first? – Kaye of course!

After some months, we accepted that it was an inevitable necessity. Kaye from the first point of contact was engaging, warm and exuded a strong sense of confidence that she could take this burden from the family. The relief this brought was immeasurable. From this point forward Kaye coordinated all aspects of marketing, communications, administration and salesmanship with precision, integrity and poise. Kaye was persistent and reliable in following potential buyers and keeping us informed of progress. She very astutely used a keen balance of determination and diplomacy which resulted in a high level of engagement and likability with a subtle undercurrent of motivation to achieve a sale.  This sophisticated set of skills is not readily applied by salespeople generally, and takes life experience and high level negotiation and people skills to achieve. Selling a house is a time consuming and stressful process. Even more so when you have already moved to another town, and need to maintain both properties. As a professional couple with two teenaged boys, our most valued commodity is time. Our family home has been on the market for nearly 6 months. It has been immaculately presented, but did not sell with our previous agent.  We were not disappointed with the agent, and understood that we were selling in a difficult market.  After 5 months we re-listed with Kaye Lazenby.  From the first meeting with Kaye our spirits were lifted.  She was positive, engaging and knowledgable.  She made some simple suggestions to improve the salability of our home that could be made with modest cost and fuss.  She also managed our expectations, with regular phone calls, providing genuine feedback from people who had visited our home. In business, I have always believed it is important to be honest and transparent, and not just tell the customer what they want to hear. Within a month of listing with Kaye our home sold!   We had wanted to list the home with Kaye from day one. But Kaye was on holidays, and we were in a rush. We have many mutual connections, and Kaye's reputation is stellar. Thanks to Kaye and DCK for helping us to open the next chapter of our life.
