Billy and I wanted to convey our upmost respect and admiration for Leonie Butler who has delivered a level of service to us that is well over and above all expectations. While we had felt highly confident of her professionalism after she left a positive and lasting impression when we bought our Timbertop home from DCK two years ago, we have been overwhelmingly impressed with Leonie's commendable efforts, efficiency, caring touch and dedication throughout the (very quick!) sale and subsequent purchase of a new home. As a result, we would never go anywhere other than DCK and would advise others to do the same in future for we would only trust someone like Leonie to deliver a premium service during what is undoubtedly a major, life changing decision. As I am sure you would be aware, not only did Leonie negotiate a remarkably quick sale of our home in Timbertop Drive but she had also listened to us when we had expressed our wish list in a new home. She presented us with an opportunity that was ;on the money; and in what was a seamless and stress-free process, we now find ourselves proud owners of this dream home. This is thanks to Leonie who in a master-stroke, managed to serve the interests of both the Murphy Street owners as well as ourselves. She looked after everyone, working tirelessly to ensure all parties were pleased and interests accounted for. Our family needed to lease our Mother's house quickly during the 2020 pandemic and as both my sister and I live many hours from Bendigo, we needed to place the management of this property in very expert and trustworthy hands. Our expectations have been far surpassed and we are so delighted with everything DCK has done for us. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little loose ends were sorted efficiently and thoughtfully when requested or when brought to our attention. I wanted to convey our upmost appreciation for our new property manager Jess. She has excelled in all aspects of taking over our property, dealing with very difficult old tenants whom have just left and her need to fix up some remaining issues from the our previous property manager to ensuring the property is in A1 condition for our new tenants about to take over the property from tomorrow.
Her communication is nothing but exceptional. Definitely an asset to DCK and as a valued DCK customer, we know we are in trustworthy hands with her. If she says she is going to get back to me today, she does, if she says she is going to email me with an update by tomorrow, she does.
On issues she is not quite sure about, she has been honest and said she would find out and revert to us. When she communicates with us it is timely and thorough and I am not having to chase her as I have had to in the past few years with the other property manager.
Especially during these testing times and with so much uncertainty, she has reassured us that she will look after us and ensure that she finds the right tenant and that the relationship between tenants and DCK is well nurtured which inevitably allows our relationship with DCK to be a better one.
I can honestly say, since Jess has taken over I feel she has all aspects of the exit of the old tenant and the entry of the new tenant all under control which is of course a relief to us.
Living interstate is difficult at times and we wish we could zip back to Bendigo at times to do those maintenance issues or to at least visit the property in amongst tenancies. Obviously not possible with boarder restrictions but having Jess taking over the exit review and sending such thorough photos through to us alleviates any anxiety we had about the condition of our property.
I hope that this email allows Jess to get some praise for her exceptional work.

I have used Kaye Lazenby's services twice now: initially, eight years ago, to buy the house she has just recently sold for me.
