Kris Walden-Dickie

Kris Walden-Dickie

Property Manager

A TASTE for travel after his Mildura school days shot Kris Walden-Dickie from small country lad, to fine dining chef at Tabou Restaurant in Sydney.

Kris worked hard so that he could finance more travel and soon took off along the eastern seaboard of Oz.

Today the trip from Epsom to the Bendigo CBD is more this father of four’s pace; having swapped the glitz of international cities for the calm and quiet of Bendigo.

Kris is married to Hayley who has also joined DCK and the real estate world.

Together they share juggling work and family commitments; and the running around after their four children to their respective activities.

“At the minute our two sons are lion dancers with the Bendigo Chinese Association and our daughters enjoy their regular dance classes too. Between the 4 of them they keep us very busy,” Kris adds.

After completing his real estate course in Melbourne, Kris kick-started his property career in sales.

“I have a long-term plan for my real estate career. First off though, I have to resist wanting to buy nearly every house I appraise. There are so many incredible homes in Bendigo, rich with historic value.”

Kris sees real estate from a Property Management angle now and admits the people he meets make it his dream job.

He could not imagine doing anything else!

Dedicated Property Manager

From: RelDeano Sent: Wednesday, 24 October 2018 5:34 PM To: Kris Walden-Dickie <> Subject: To the Head of Rental Property Management DCK Real Estate Good afternoon, I am writing this email as feedback from my previous 2 years with DCK, in particular my current Property Manager Kris Walden-Dickie. I have been a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force for the past 25 years and have had the pleasure of working with some of the most dedicated and professional people. During the past two years I have had many dealings with Kris and I have always been impressed by Kris’s professionalism and the sound strait forward advice he provides when dealing with not only the day to day issues, but on occasion very difficult tenants and situations. He is obviously very educated about the current and the proposed tenancy laws here in Victoria and the obligations of both the land lord and tenant.   He is always pleasant, respectful and prompt and has not hesitated to go out of his way to assist even during out of office hours. I have full confidence in his abilities and would have no hesitation in recommending him and DCK as agents and that Kris is a real asset to DCK.
