The Role

Our Property Managers have the independence to manage their own working week and are supported by a team that cares and wants the best for one another and our clients.

We are looking for an individual who is fun, hardworking and genuine.

  1. Portfolio-based property management
  2. Provide high-quality service to renters and rental providers
  3. Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
  4. Rental appraisals
  5. Organise and manage repairs and maintenance works
  6. Minimise and maintain rental arrears
  7. Manage rent reviews and lease renewals maximising rental providers asset
  8. Present Tenancy applications and oversee leasing documentation
  9. VCAT Representation as required

The Successful Candidate

  1. Passion for Property Management and helping people
  2. Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formerly Agents Rep Course) and Police Check (or willing to complete)
  3. Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
  4. Great organizational/time management 
  5. Strong communication skills with ability to build genuine relationships
  6. Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  7. High professional standards/personal integrity
