The Role
Our Property Managers have the independence to manage their own working week and are supported by a team that cares and wants the best for one another and our clients.
We are looking for an individual who is fun, hardworking and genuine.
- Portfolio-based property management
- Provide high-quality service to renters and rental providers
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Rental appraisals
- Organise and manage repairs and maintenance works
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals maximising rental providers asset
- Present Tenancy applications and oversee leasing documentation
- VCAT Representation as required

The Successful Candidate
- Passion for Property Management and helping people
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formerly Agents Rep Course) and Police Check (or willing to complete)
- Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
- Great organizational/time management
- Strong communication skills with ability to build genuine relationships
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- High professional standards/personal integrity
