We are a fast-paced real estate agency looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Routine Inspection Agent to join our team. As a Routine Inspection professional, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of properties managed by our agency to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the standards set by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of properties managed by the agency on a regular basis.
  • Conduct market rental appraisals.
  • Create detailed reports on the condition of the property and any repairs or maintenance required.
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants to arrange inspections and discuss any concerns.
  • Ensure all inspections are conducted in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on any repairs or maintenance required to ensure they are completed promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure properties are managed efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in routine inspections within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create detailed reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
