Hayley, a dedicated working mother of four, found her passion in property management after years in high level management for hospitality and operating her own beauty salon.
Since joining DCK in 2017, her exceptional time management and communication skills have led to rapid promotions and strong client relationships. As Senior Property Manager Hayley continues to lead a portfolio of properties where her strong client relationships she has built give reward for all of her hard work along with training and mentoring our team which is a passion of hers to empower others.
Balancing work with family, alongside husband Kris, she finds fulfillment in both her career and personal life. When not managing properties or kids' activities, Hayley enjoys travel, cruising and entertaining friends with platters and drinks.

She is a down to earth Property Manager who is always willing to listen and help, this includes appraising properties that I am keen to purchase. With me being outside of Bendigo, she has also been of great help with getting quotes and organising tradesmen to fix repairs - be it small or big. Four years ago I embarked on a new adventure . After having always owned my own home I decided a sea change was in order and decided to move back to Bendigo and rent a property. With the wonderful help from DCK I very quickly found and fell in love with a property which was perfect to meet my requirements. After settling in and realizing that this was to be my home I set about creating my own space. When it came time for the regular property inspection I was really unsure of what to expect. I was sure I would be uncomfortable with a complete stranger in the guise of property manager wondering through the house. My fears were very quickly dispelled from the first time I greeted Hayley at my door. With her vivacious warm personality she immediately put me at ease . It is obvious that she is not just the most delightful person but professionally she obviously has the interests of all parties at heart . Hayley Walden-Dickie has managed our property for many years, and we have always felt she is very reliable and professional. We had the difficult and sad experience of our tenant in the property being found deceased. Hayley very ably dealt with all the issues that arose from this - she ensured that the property was vacated, and then advised us of the extensive renovations necessary before the property could be rented out again. She then oversaw the renovations, and ensured that they were carried out to a high standard. Hayley's competent managing of all of that meant that we were not worried about the property. She kept us informed, provided us with quotes for work needed, and provided us with photographs, so we were well informed. She was then able to find reliable tenants, who look after the property well. Hayley's communication and professionalism are excellent, and she provides us with detailed routine inspection reports on our property, so we know it is being managed efficiently. I have been a landlord with DCK for well in excess of 25 years - originally starting with Josie Stewart as our first property manager almost when she started! During that period of time we have had several managers, all of them have served us well. Recently we have experienced a couple of very unusual dramas that Hayley has assisted us extremely well. In October 2017 we had a flood in one of our units in Quarry Hill that caused the majority of the ground floor to require to be totally replaced. That included carpets, joinery, plaster, paint work, etc. I had considerable issues with the building contractor appointed by the insurance company and during this very frustrating time, Hayley was a great aid and assistance liaising with the tenant and ourselves. Luckily the tenant was moving to alternate premises so the inconvenience caused by the disastrous builder did not impact greatly on his accommodation. Eventually I was able to achieve a satisfactory product and I thank Hayley for her assistance during this period. The second issue was in May this year when a fire in another unit we have in Quarry Hill, caused the main bedroom to require total replacement and the balance of the unit to be totally cleaned and repainted. The tenant had to vacate whilst this work was undertaken. Luckily the building contractor appointed this time did a fantastic job and the work was completed in 6 weeks. Once again all through this process Hayley was tremendous in updating both ourselves and the tenant with progress of the works. I managed the process from a distance but Hayley was instrumental if I required any local assistance. She was also a great help to us in sorting out the "loss of rentals" claim with the insurance company in providing certain documentation that the company was requesting. It should also be noted that the tenant was very patient and accepting of the circumstances. In conclusion I would like to pass onto the Directors of DCK my thanks and praise for the help and assistance that Hayley undertook during both of these dramas. It was certainly comforting to know that she was there as a strong backup support and a great link to the tenants.Well done. Thank you & warm regards.
