In 2015 the extended Beattie family experienced such unbearable loss, first with my sister in late January and then suddenly my mother four months later. The grief so overwhelmed us all that the last thing we could even begin to contemplate was making arrangements for the sale of the family home. After some months, we accepted that it was an inevitable necessity.
Kaye from the first point of contact was engaging, warm and exuded a strong sense of confidence that she could take this burden from the family. The relief this brought was immeasurable. From this point forward Kaye coordinated all aspects of marketing, communications, administration and salesmanship with precision, integrity and poise.
Kaye was persistent and reliable in following potential buyers and keeping us informed of progress. She very astutely used a keen balance of determination and diplomacy which resulted in a high level of engagement and likability with a subtle undercurrent of motivation to achieve a sale. This sophisticated set of skills is not readily applied by salespeople generally, and takes life experience and high level negotiation and people skills to achieve.
I have no doubt Kaye’s vocation chose her. Her performance, 100% reliability, and warmth set her apart from her peers. Kaye exemplifies the ideal real estate agent and her knowledge, skills and fine-tuned approach should be harnessed and replicated. Those who are new to the real estate industry stand to gain considerably with Kaye as mentor.
