Just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with the service we received from Danni Sexton. She recently sold our house in Bendigo for us. It was on the market for only 8 days, and we are so happy and relieved.
We moved interstate 5 years ago, and our last go at selling this house was pretty negative, and financially very stressful. So we were anxious about putting ourselves in that position again. Not being there to physically have as much control as you want to have over such a process is difficult. We needed to really trust the person we chose to sell our home.
Prior to putting the house on the market, Danni gave great advice on what was required aesthetically to have the property "market ready". We felt really confident with the way she communicated the marketing strategy prior to the sale. She listened to us, and was able to negotiate the price range that we were happy with, taking into account our desire for a quick sale. We liked the way she kept us informed, letting us know the important stuff, but not bothering us with trivial details. She was really responsive to any communication from us, always getting back to us promptly.
Danni should be commended for her professionalism, her honesty and her positive and upbeat nature. She's really motivated and I felt like she really cared, and really wanted the best for us. We both knew she was the perfect person to sell our house in our absence, but the actual end result exceeded our expectations. We go the top end of our price range, with a quick settlement. It could not have been better.

I just wanted to pass on some feedback.
Selling a house is a time consuming and stressful process. Even more so when you have already moved to another town, and need to maintain both properties. As a professional couple with two teenaged boys, our most valued commodity is time.
Our family home has been on the market for nearly 6 months. It has been immaculately presented, but did not sell with our previous agent. We were not disappointed with the agent, and understood that we were selling in a difficult market.
After 5 months we re-listed with Kaye Lazenby. From the first meeting with Kaye our spirits were lifted. She was positive, engaging and knowledgable.
