Whilst digital presence and promotion is key in the current real estate market, to successfully sell a unique high end property in the Bendigo market you need a sales professional. The ability to engage, to ask open ended questions, to interact effectively with the potential buyer, uncovering their particular requirements is a skill rarely found in many real estate agents. Our previous experience was with a lovely agent but there was minimal engagement with the potential buyer other than closed questions relative to their social activities.
